Appointments

For our patients' convenience we have two Appointment Secretaries available Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to schedule appointments. Please call 790-5500 and push option 2 to schedule appointments.

All patients are seen by appointment only. We always try to arrange a visit with the physician of your choice. If that is not possible, you will be offered the opportunity to see our physician assistant, who will be familiar with your condition from the information in your medical chart in our office. 

If you must cancel an office visit appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible or at least 24 hours in advance.
